St. Mary Monastery, Novaci

St. Mary monastery is located 1km from village Novaci, on the right bank of Crna (Black) River. Built in 2006 the monastery is monumental construction with eight cupolas, covered with copper plates and mortar. On the apsis, in real size are painted St. George, St Nikolaj from Miron, St. Basil the Great, St. John, St. Alexei the Great and St. Hilarion from Alexandria.

Above the apsis there is a fresco of St. Mary 8 square meters big. 

The biggest cupola is decorated with painting of Jesus Christ.
